Shem Creek Health Center residents are reaping their spring garden rewards! At last, our residents enjoy getting outside and gardening. Haley, our Activities Director and her Assistant, Lauretta are smiling right by them.

Residents do a 30 minute cardio work out on what we call a Nustep! Nusteps are great for strengthening the legs, as well as an amazing cardio work out.
