Shem Creek Health Center residents are reaping their spring garden rewards! At last, our residents enjoy getting outside and gardening. Haley, our Activities Director and her Assistant, Lauretta are smiling right by them.


Japanese Cuisine!

To illustrate international cuisine, we begin with our Benne Seed Crusted Ahi Tuna served alongside, “Fried” Carolina Gold Rice. Accompanied by, Sweet and Sour Roasted Napa, and a delightful Carrot-Ginger demi. What a wonderful sophisticated palate experience!
