April 16, 2021Trident Construction held it’s “Topping Out Party” for the new Liberty Senior Living community Wednesday. The construction site is located on the Charleston Peninsula’s West Side. April 2, 2021We’ve been waiting for our official 5 Star Rating with anticipation! The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services finished the recertification survey January. The recertification process is annual. Finally, the wait is over. CMS certifies Shem Creek Health Center a 5 Star Facility! It is official!
