Cardio done right at South Bay!

Residents do a 30 minute cardio work out on what we call a Nustep! Nusteps are great for strengthening the legs, as well as an amazing cardio work out. The wellness director adjusts the resistance and seat settings for each individual. As a result, this allows them various workouts, such as high intensity interval training, and endurance.
Cardio is important to keep blood moving! The blood transports the healthy nutrients that our bodies need. Class is a fun and unique! Join us and reap the benefits of an amazing cardio work out!
