The South Bay, Shem Creek, Kempton of Charleston and The Peninsula of Charleston teams recently sponsored the annual Mt. Pleasant Chamber “Not Just an Oyster Roast-Holiday Party” at Boone Hall Plantation. All you can eat oysters, barbeque and live music by Southern Flavor Bluegrass were enjoyed by all! South Bay residents enjoyed a trip out to Moncks Corner to visit Mepkin Abbey for their Crèche Tour. We viewed Crèche from all over the country and voted on our favorites. It was a beautiful day for a walk outdoors on these beautiful grounds.
Three of South Bay’s Veterans were quilted during a Veterans Day ceremony. Two quilts came from a local church’s quilting group and one was made by a South Bay resident. Thank you gentlemen for your service to our country!
