Shem Creek Health Center residents were treated to fine dining. The dinner menu consisted of tomato bisque, blackened salmon over risotto with a vegetable medley. Alternate choice, grilled lemon herb chicken with roasted potatoes. Desert- red velvet cake and pineapple a la mode.

South Bay recently hosted a Kick Off event for Parkinson’s Moving Day! Residents and members of the local community were invited to attend this event. They enjoyed delicious bites prepared by our culinary team and spent time with one another in fellowship.
We visited the new to Charleston TopGolf and had an amazing time. Play and enjoy, even if you’re getting more hole-in-nones than hole-in-ones!
Residents traveled with Holy City Transportation to see the Angel Oak and have tastings and a picnic at Deep Water Vineyard.
It was a beautiful day to visit the Center for Birds of Prey for a flight demonstration. Residents also enjoyed lunch at TW Grahams where the seafood is so fresh, it is caught right down the road!
