Korean Cooking!

Beginning with the main course, our chef cooked low country-Korean fried chicken bao. The Korean chicken bao was served alongside carrot and cabbage slaw, dirty “fried” rice, and a house barbecue glaze. The finishing touch, Korean glaze secret recipe consisting of Cheerwine, ginger, gochujang, oyster sauce, fennel, lemongrass, sambal, sesame, rice wine vinegar, and Bee City honey!
