South Bay’s second section is now open!

The much anticipated second section of South Bay is now open, adding additional apartments and floor plans for residents to make themselves at home. Due to its optimal location, this new wing has prime apartments for ease of living and great views. The new wing’s apartments boast views of the beautiful lake as well as our courtyard. In the courtyard, residents enjoy golf on the putting green, wine tasting by the fire place, and outdoor dining during warmer months. The new wing’s apartments also happen to be in close proximity to the dining venues, for quick visits for lunches, cocktails, and evening meals.
Two couples, who moved into our initial apartments, were anxiously awaiting this wing’s debut, as they knew that they wanted to call it home. For the convenience of these residents, they initially moved into the first wing of the community. Upon opening our second section, the section they knew was the right fit for them, the team at South Bay assisted in moving them to their forever apartment home.
