Kings and Queens Get Vaccines!

South Bay and Shem Creek Health Center hosted their second COVID Vaccine Clinic today. All residents and staff were encouraged to sign up!
The theme for the day was “Kings and Queens Get Vaccines!”
Activities included crowns for all staff members who were vaccinated. Hourly gift card drawings were held and the grand finale – a drawing for a bottle of Crown Royal!
A special Shout Out to our Assisted Living Unit Manager, Nakia Heyward, who was our Encouragement Champion . Nakia’s patience and kindness was on full display.10 more employees decided to get their first vaccine today with the encouragement and information provided by Nakia – what a great team member!
