South Bay Resident Peter McKinney & Wellness Director Andy Loufman are having a ball at South Bay. Mr. McKinney came to South Bay in February of this year and is a frequent user of the gym and pool facilities. “Andy has been my personal inspiration these last 5 months,” Mr. McKinney states. “I cannot say enough on his behalf. He has been a role model for us all as we work to improve our physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. He is very knowledgeable on exercise techniques, specifically in regard to the successful active aging process.”
Andy often lectures on various areas of physical health, creatively encourages the residents’ participation in the various programs and use of the facilities. He works hard to engage the residents in the exercise classes and is very welcoming in this regard. I am confident he would gladly help you if you are willing to try!
