Shem Creek Health Center at South Bay voted Best Assisted Living

Shem Creek Health Center, part of South Bay at Mount Pleasant, was voted “Best Assisted Living” by Mount Pleasant Magazine.
The “Best of Mt. Pleasant” Awards are held annually by the magazine with readers casting votes to select their favorite businesses, places and people located in and around Mt. Pleasant in over 200 different categories. This is the 9th year the magazine has held the “Best of Mt Pleasant” Awards with almost 400,000 votes captured since its inception and over 50,000 votes tallied this recent year.
Shem Creek Health Center has been providing exceptional care to Mount Pleasant and the surrounding areas since 2019. It offers in-house outpatient therapy services including physical, occupational and speech therapies. They have also partnered with MUSC to offer an onsite medical clinic where residents can establish primary care with geriatricians and internists.
