Wellness Class offers 12 different formats in May!

Residents receive the current calendar with all of the updates for the month of May! Starting this month, the Wellness Center is offering 12 different exercise class formats. The formats include:
- Water Aerobics
- Water Circuit
- Aquatic Movement
- Cardio Fit
- TRX Senior Circuit
- Balance and Core
- Chair Yoga
- Zumba
- Exercise Prescription
- Functional Fitness
- Stretch and Restore
- Tai Chi
The Wellness Center offers classes at various levels labeled on the calendar that are tailored to the needs of the residents.
- Level 1: Cardio Based
- Level 2: Strength Based
- Level 3: Therapeutic Based
