One of my favorite aspects of South Bay is the Wellness Department.[/caption]Happy Fall! My name is Mary Ann Kemp. Since my arrival 4 months ago, I have enjoyed the warm company of the South Bay community! It is such a welcoming place: offering premium food selections, delightful staff, & an opportunity for me to reconnect with old friends dating all the way back to high school!

Thanks to the Wellness Team I feel stronger, increased stamina, & capable of accomplishing my everyday tasks with greater ease. Every time I bend over to pick up something off the floor I am so thankful as I could not do this before engaging in wellness classes! Exercise is a fabulous way to make new friends, laugh, sing, & improve your health. I consistently participate in “Brain Boosters” & “Chair Strength & Stretch” Class. Honestly, Exercise keeps me going & moving forward in life. I encourage anybody to join the neatest bunch of people at South Bay!!
