The South Bay Wellness Department stays active using water aerobics!
For the residents here at South Bay, Water Aerobics is part of their everyday morning routine. This is helpful in starting their days off on the right foot! Each day the classes focus on different formats and different parts of the body. Transitions such as upper body, lower body, full body, Circuit, and cardio are used. Water aerobics is a favorite here at South Bay. The benefits of getting your work out in water include joint health, water buoyance and resistance.
