Shem Creek Health Center residents were treated to fine dining. The dinner menu consisted of tomato bisque, blackened salmon over risotto with a vegetable medley. Alternate choice, grilled lemon herb chicken with roasted potatoes. Desert- red velvet cake and pineapple a la mode.
