Enjoy the TRX Senior Circuit Class

South Bay residents enjoy the TRX Senior Circuit Class. Health is a part of the morning routine!
Classes combine various exercises. Focus is on building strength and agility. As well as, balance, mobility and coordination, to name a few! The residents complete a series of exercises with short rest periods between them. A circuit is complete when all of the chosen exercises have been finished. Exercises can either focus on one category, or vary for a full body work out!
Upon completion, residents are taken through a cool down and stretching routine. What a great great morning of staying active!
