Covid 19 Booster Clinic

South Bay at Mount Pleasant and Shem Creek Health Center are excited to host a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine & booster clinic. It will be held tomorrow from 8:30 am – 6:00pm.

There will be a mobile vaccine unit stationed by the South Bay entrance and another located in the Shem Creek Health Center Training Room. This vaccine clinic is free and open to our staff, residents, and their family & friends.
