We’ve been waiting for our official 5 Star Rating with anticipation! The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services finished the recertification survey January.
The recertification process is annual.
Finally, the wait is over. CMS certifies Shem Creek Health Center a 5 Star Facility! It is official!
